The second edition centred on a question that many founders eventually confront:

Why do people, performance, and technology systems operate in silos when the real goal is organisational performance?

As organisations scale, fragmented goal setting, disconnected reviews, and isolated HR initiatives often slow execution rather than enable it. This edition explored how performance excellence emerges when systems work together—not independently.

Two key conversations anchored the session:

  • Partnering with AI, led by Charudatta Pande, examined how AI is changing the way organisations think, decide, and innovate—moving from automation to collaboration, where AI acts as a co-creator in decision-making.

  • Integrated Performance Excellence Framework, presented by Sanjivani Patil, explored how technology can bring together goal setting, task execution, reviews, learning, and recognition into a single, coherent performance system that supports both short-term results and long-term growth.

We thank Raveen Chugani and George Ittyerah for sharing their transformation journeys and practical insights, adding a grounded, human perspective to the discussion.
