The Mayin Journey
Our journey began in 2016, shaped by close, hands-on work with growing organisations. From the start, our work placed us alongside founders, partners, and leadership teams—supporting them as their organisations expanded and the demands on people, systems, and decisions increased.
Over time, a consistent truth became clear: growth changes not just scale, but the very way clarity, structure, and leadership need to work together. That understanding changed how we worked. We moved beyond isolated interventions to focus on building systems that could hold growth over time. Our attention shifted from completing assignments to strengthening the underlying ways organisations think, decide, and operate—so progress does not rely on constant intervention.
Today, Mayin operates as a multi-disciplinary advisory collective, bringing together perspectives across strategy, organisation design, people systems, performance, and leadership. What unites this collective is a shared way of thinking, professional integrity, and a deep commitment to helping organisations grow with clarity and confidence.
