1. SCOPE

Mayin Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Mayin,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a range of websites (each individually referred to as a “Mayin Website” and collectively as “Mayin Websites”). These Websites allow you (“You” or “Your”) and other users to engage in various activities, such as accessing information, researching our services, obtaining support, sharing information, posting comments, and engaging in conversations related to Mayin’s products and services. The Websites also include information created and published by Mayin (“Mayin Materials”) and third parties (“User Content”), such as text, images, audio, video, data, and software (collectively, the Mayin Materials and User Content are referred to as “Content”).

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Your access and use of the Mayin Websites are subject to these Terms of Use, also referred to as “TOU,” including any additional or different disclaimers, legal notices, agreements, or terms and conditions that may apply to Your use of or access to any particular Mayin Website, Mayin Materials, or User Content. This TOU forms a legally binding agreement between You and Mayin. By accessing or using any Mayin Website, You agree to abide by the terms of this TOU. If You do not agree to these terms, do not access or use any Mayin Website or Content.

Mayin may modify the TOU to reflect changes in our business, applicable law, or for other reasons deemed necessary by Mayin. Changes will be effective once posted on the Mayin Websites or communicated to You through other means. If You do not agree to changes made to the TOU, You must discontinue your use of the affected Mayin Website or Content.

3. USER CONTENT/LICENSE TO MAYIN

Mayin does not claim ownership of User Content posted, uploaded, or submitted by you. By posting or submitting any User Content, including articles, information, data, code, text, images, marketing material, videos, or other content, you grant Mayin a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, fully-paid-up license to use such User Content without restrictions and without payment or other consideration to you. This includes the right to reproduce, prepare derivative works, combine with other works, alter, translate, distribute copies, display, perform, license, and provide User Content to third parties.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license to Mayin. Mayin may elect not to post or publish User Content and may remove posted User Content at any time and without notice.

4. PERMISSIBLE USE OF MAYIN WEBSITES AND CONTENT

The Mayin Websites, Materials, and Content are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, rent, lease, or sell the Mayin Websites, Materials, or Content. You may download, store, and display Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and must not modify or alter it.

You may not use the Mayin Websites in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server or network, or interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the Websites. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Mayin Website, accounts, systems, or networks.

5. TERMINATION OF USE

Mayin may discontinue or limit access to the Mayin Websites or Content at any time. We may terminate or limit your access to any Mayin Website or Content if you are in material breach of the TOU. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by submitting a request to contactus@mayin.in. Upon termination, Mayin may continue to post and publish content associated with your account.

Mayin is not obligated to provide feedback on User Content. We may contact you with updates or questions regarding your submission but are not obligated to adopt or provide further communication about it.

7. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Mayin Websites are public forums unless clearly labeled otherwise. You should not provide confidential or proprietary information on public forums. User Content not labeled as confidential is deemed non-confidential, and you waive any confidentiality rights associated with such User Content.

8. YOUR INFORMATION, PRIVACY, AND DATA PROTECTION

If you register with Mayin, you will provide personal information, such as your name and email address. By providing this information, you consent to our collection, use, storage, and processing of your Personal Data for accessing the Websites and related activities. You can update or request deletion of your Personal Data by contacting contactus@mayin.in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All Intellectual Property Rights to Mayin Materials and Content belong to Mayin or the respective rights holders. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, or create derivative works from any Mayin Materials or Content without explicit permission.

10. RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT AND LINKS

Mayin is not responsible for the content posted by users or for any third-party websites linked from the Mayin Websites. Any reliance on third-party content or websites is at your own risk.

11. USE OF SOFTWARE

Any software or related documentation provided through Mayin Websites is governed by the software license agreement accompanying it. You may not modify or redistribute software unless permitted by the license agreement.

12. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold Mayin and its affiliates harmless from any claims or demands arising from your use of Mayin Websites, your User Content, or your breach of the TOU.

13. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES

Mayin Websites and Content are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any Content.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Mayin is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Mayin Websites or Content. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY

Mayin’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this TOU will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision in this TOU is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be adjusted to ensure that the TOU, as modified, remains legal and enforceable under applicable laws. The remaining provisions of this TOU will continue to be effective and unaffected.
